"Winter Shut Off". This is just a way to help make sure that you take those extra percautions for winter freeze protections. For Pressurized water systems, The city usually shuts off at holding tank, but I advise to turn valve off at the brass shut off and open valve to filter. If you are on a cullanary water set up, please be sure to turn the water off at the "Stop & waste valve". We at Cardon are more than happen to provide this service for you if you don't want to mess with this. But when we installe a new system for you, we always make sure we show you how to do this so you can do it on your own if you want. Either way, please be sure The water to the sprinkler system is OFF.
